Service Description

***PLEASE READ*** Please ONLY book an installation service once your VEEHIVE order has arrived. For your convenience, we offer a mobile Home Installation Service in the Swansea area, meaning we'll come to you FREE of charge if you're within 10 Miles of SA1 Swansea. If you're outside of this radius, customers can arrange to meet locally within the SA1 Swansea local area at no additional cost (please leave a note on your booking if you prefer to meet locally). Once your appointment slot is booked, a team member will be in touch to confirm the appointment details ahead of your session and to confirm where the appointment will take place.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows / missed appointments are charged at a flat rate of £65 for an appointment. Please note we only accept cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
